KCGA Welcomes Five New Members to Board of Directors
Categories: Committees, Headlines | Posted: December 2, 2011 | No Comments »The KCGA is happy to announce five new members of its Board of Directors. Ron Brewer, Dan Froelich, Karen Hass, Micki Harrison, and David Rush all come to the Board excited to serve and give back to the game of golf.
Ron Brewer is a member of Wolf Creek Golf Links and has had a very accomplished amateur career. The 1986 and 1995 Heart of America Champion was also victorious at the 1995 Kansas City Amateur. Brewer claimed many KGA titles and is a retired employee of the Pactiv Corporation.
Dan Froelich enjoys playing golf and is recently retired from Burns & McDonnell. Froelich is a member and resident of Ironhorse Golf Club.
Karen Hass is a member of The National Golf Club of Kansas City. Hass has qualified for the EWGA National Championship in 2006 and 2011. Hass currently owns a vending company named Fun Vending.
Micki Harrison is a member of Meadowbrook Golf and Country Club. Harrison led the Leawood South Women’s KC Cup team to a championship in 2010. Harrison is a retired employee of Trans World Airlines.
David Rush is a member of The Country Club at Loch Lloyd. Rush is the CEO Doctor of Pharmacy Consultants Inc. at the University of Missouri at Kansas City. He is a former Member-Guest Champion at Loch Lloyd and is an admitted golf addict.
