Garret Clark showed little signs of trouble at Blue Springs Country Club during the Kansas City Junior Tour event.

Five birdies and one early hiccup catapulted the Kansas City, Kan. native to a four-under, 68 round and a commanding victory over the Boys 16+ division.

Clark erased an early bogey on No. 2 with birdies on No. 5 and 7, while pouring in three straight birdies on the back-nine on holes No. 12-14.

Chris Whitter and Zach Bischler finished T2 with two-over, 74s, respectively.

India Gaume continued her recent success coming off a Kansas City Junior Championship by firing a one-under, 71 to claim the medalist position for the Girls 16+ division.

Gaume birdied three holes (No. 3, 11 and 13) and erased a double-bogey on No. 9 with an eagle on No. 16.

Julia Misemer posted a second place finish with her three-over, 75, while Brianna Walker and Rosalyn Klausner each finished T3 with seven-over, 79 rounds.

The Boys 13-15 division medalist went to Jackson Likes who turned in a one-under, 71.

Likes used four birdies to offset a trio of bogeys en route to building a three-stroke lead over the runner-up.

Andy Scholz and Tony Mike Bonadonna shared the T2 position, each shooting two-over, 74.

Lauren Muller took a five-stroke victory in the Girls 13-15 division with her nine-over, 81 round.

Victoria Klausner earned runner-up with her 16-over, 88, while Martha Saferstein rounded out the top 3 with a 19-over, 91.

Ben Slicker led the prep boys with his seven-over, 43 9-hole round, while Eden Shipp claimed the girls prep division with her 23-over, 59 9-hole score.

The next junior tour event is July 6 at River Oaks Golf Course.
