The Kansas City Golf Association is pleased to announce the Association’s Annual Meeting of Clubs shall be held on Thursday, November 10, 2011 at 4 p.m. at the offices of the Kansas City Golf Association located at 7451 Switzer Road, Suite 100, Shawnee, Kansas.
Principal member clubs are allotted a delegate to represent their club at the meeting. Business includes; 2011 year in review, and election of directors. Attendance is not a requirement of membership; however, if your club will not have a delegate attending, we ask you submit a proxy. Pursuant to Article IV, Section 4 of the Association By-Laws, Principal members shall elect nominees to the Board of Directors.
In order to conduct the business of the Association in a professional and efficient manner, please execute the forms located on the Annual Meeting of Clubs webpage and submit them to the Association no later than Tuesday, November 7.
