The KCGA is an association of member clubs, which includes golf courses, associate clubs and internet clubs. In all cases, the clubs are united in purpose: to provide their members with the opportunity to pursue the game of golf with integrity and in accordance with the USGA Handicap System. An individual becomes a member of the KCGA when they establish a USGA Handicap Index at one of our 60+ member clubs.

To become a member of the KCGA, visit a PGA Golf Professional at a course near where you work or live. It is necessary to establish a “home” club. However you can still play and post your scores wherever you want, but your handicap records will be maintained at your “home” club. Your PGA Golf Professional can help you enroll as a member of the KCGA so you can establish a handicap and start posting your scores.

Joining the KCGA is easy — DO IT TODAY!
