Official USGA Handicap Index

KCGA individual members receive an updated handicap at their “home” course thirteen times a year. Being a KCGA member allows you to post your score anywhere you play in Kansas City and across the country using the USGA’s GHIN System, the largest handicapping service in the world.

Eligibility to Regional Championships and Tours

You may be eligible to compete in over 35 competitions that the KCGA conducts each year. There are events for men, women, juniors and seniors, and they are held at member clubs around the greater Kansas City community.

Golfer Awards

All golfers who achieve special feats such as making a hole in one or shooting their are are provided with a certificate suitable for framing. Golfers are asked to inform their golf shop when acheiving a special feat and the course will submit the proper form to the KCGA. In addition, each person is entered into the Awards Sweepstakes where lucky winners will be drawn in December for special gifts.
