Julia Misemer, 13, from Overland Park, KS fired a 75 at Swope Memorial to punch her ticket to the 2017 US Girls Junior Championship. Misemer defeated a field of 16 players, almost all older than her, to qualify for her first USGA championship.
The US Girls Junior Championship will be held July 24-29 at Boone Valley in Augusta, MO.
