The overall goal of the KCJT is to provide
all junior amateurs an opportunity to play competition regardless of
skill while focusing on teaching them “Respect FORE the Game.”
The Champions
Division was back in action today out at Liberty Hills Country
Club. Taking medalist honors in the 16-18 boy’s division was Logan
Gilliland firing a 70. Not too far behind him was his competitor
Ian Boat shooting a 72, just edging out his fellow competitors
Blaine Broderick, Hunter Lewis, Seth McCauley and Anthony Spallito
who all shot a score of 73. In the girl’s division Gianna
Misenhelter took home medalist honors for a consecutive time firing
a round of 73 beating out Lauren Miles, who fired a 77, and Morgan
Lamberson, who fired an 80. In the younger 14-15 age bracket, Ryan
Zech shot 71, one over par, to beat out second place finisher Adam
Cummings, who fired a 75 and third place finisher Elijah Hall who
came in with a round of 77.
