KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The 2015 Kansas City Junior Tour is mid-way through the season as it hosts its fifth event at Hillcrest Country Club on Tuesday.

It was a near perfect day at Hillcrest Country Club as the weather was partly cloudy with a high of 81 degrees.

Sam Parrott led the way in the boys 16 and up division as he posted 74 (+2), including three birdies on the day. Parrott won the division by three-stokes as there was a three-way tie for second between Jackson Eaton, Zack Toussaint and Jamie Busha as the three posted 77 (+5).

Tying Parrott’s 74 was Thomas Luger who dominated the boys 13 to 15 division. Luger had two birdies on the day and finished eight strokes ahead of the runner-up Owen Hill at 82 (+10).

In the girls 16 and up division, Kaleigh Ashen fired the low-score for the girls’ side posting a 77 (+5) with three birdies on the day. Six strokes behind Ashen was Nikki McCurdy who finished runner-up with an 83 (+11).

Julia Misemer controlled the girls 13 to 15 division as she inked an 84 (+12), two-strokes ahead of the runner-up Isabella Hadden. Hadden posted 86 (+14) on the day.

The prep division played the front nine as Drake Krumme managed the course well firing 42 (+6). Behind Krumme was Ben Slicker at 44 (+8).
